Bastion Medical Centre is an established clinic in Salmon Arm, BC, within the heart of the Shuswap.  Over looking Bastion Mountain and the Shuswap Lake it is surrounded by fruit plantations and wineries.  This is truly spectacular location nestled in the heart of the interior of British Columbia.  The clinic provides innovative, efficient and patient-focused care to a community over nearly 20,000 and a catchment area of 50,000.

 
This is a unique opportunity for Family Physicians looking to either make their first steps or for the experienced looking to move beyond the stress of running a practice.  The Medical Centre will offer flexibility to support you.

The Medical Centre provides an 'ecosystem' so that physicians can provide excellent care for patients without distraction.  
We will assist you with KPI's, governance, peer-to-peer learning and continual professional development whilst maximising your revenue.

Job Requirements

​

• Physicians who want to practice medicine without the headache of practice management.

​

• CPSBC Full or Provisional Licence Holders (international physicians will be supported through the process of registration and transfer of qualifications).

​

• Hospital Privileges at Shuswap Lake General Hospital are available but not essential.

​
